Welcome to MuMoH

Mobility is widely considered a modern concept. It's only been since the late 1990s or early 2000s that businesses began to adopt "mobility strategies." But mobility technologies have existed long before that. As this World War I era portable telephone and telegraph unit from the MuMoH collection shows, electronic mobility technology goes back a century or more. The pages of the MuMoH wiki are devoted to telling the reader about individual "artifacts" of mobility technologies and services -- both in the MuMoH physical collection and those we consider part of our "virtual" collection. We invite those who have knowledge about items to either make new posts on this wiki, or to add detail to existing posts.

MuMoH appreciates the contributions of anyone who has information regarding the history, trends and evolution of mobility technology. Please post about your favorite mobility technology, the devices you find most interesting or most obscure, and even contemporary technology.
